Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses anywhere in South Africa.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 8-11 business days of payment. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes up to 2-3 business days from dispatch. Outlying and rural areas may take a little longer. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery costs
A flat delivery fee of R79 applies. Free delivery on orders with 2 or more products.
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Can't find it? Please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by courier backlogs, weather or public holidays. We'll keep you updated and help however we can.

Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out.
